When you come to German Village for lunch, you must try the famous Handdorf Inn, which is known as the most authentic German food. The most famous one is the German pork knuckle and German round bread. We ordered a set meal, 75 dollars a portion. Our family of three ate it, but we couldn't finish it. Look at the amount. Looking around, basically it was indeed not completely eaten up.
In terms of taste, the pork knuckle is similar to that in China, tender and chewy. It's just a little salty, lacking some of the other flavors in China. There are not many surprises in sausages, but it may be better to use it as a porridge.
The decoration in the restaurant is OK, simple and plain, but very refreshing. The diners are tourists from all over the world, like a world canteen.
It is recommended that if there are many people, you can order a set meal like us, which can be finished, or order it a la carte, unless you want to take it home as a midnight snack.
